By registering I hereby release area SERTOMA Clubs, SERTOMA Inc., HEARS, all volunteers, sponsors and donors from bodily harm, property loss or damage and declare that I am fully responsible for my physical wellbeing to participate in the HEARS 5K. Permission is granted for the legitimate use of any photos or video of myself or others under my supervision.
